How Long To Beat Crysis 2
UNLOCKS There are two categories here, and they are both expanded once you beat the game. The first category is the Video category. The cut-scenes of the single- player campaign are stored here so that you can go back and re-watch the scenes later if you so wish. It should be noted that this strategy guide is based off the v1.0 of Crysis 2, and may not accurately reflect later updates of the game. Some glitches, like not being able to shoot or melee attack.
Yah I'd say a bit longer then CoD4. It's a fun game though. If your going to play it, only play it on Delta Difficulty. The game is soooooooooo much more fun on that difficulty. In Delta Difficulty you have:1) No cross hair2) All enemies speak Korean.3) Can't control the guns on top of jeeps WHILE driving.4) No indicator of where grenades are.5) Normal Binoculars.Normally I wouldn't jump into a game without at least playing it on Normal or medium difficulty before I play harder but this is probably the first game I wished I played it on Delta first. I honestly think Delta isn't that hard at all (compared to God Of War II on titan). Use the realism mod also, makes the game look much better.

Click to expand.Hmmm, theres no way thats possible.The config you posted and the one I posted are worlds apart in terms of performance - well not worlds apart, but 40% to be more accurate.It sounds to me almost as if you forgot to revert back to the original CVarGroups folder.Otherwise, there is no possible way that config you posted will give you the same performance as mine.
After beating the game on Post-Human Warrior, i thought the game was far to easy to beat since you got the suit and all, but what if you never got the suit? What if you where just an Marine? Well here is the answer. Ladies and gentlemen! (And Ceph alike) i present you, my masterpiece TC mod, Crysis 2 CryFever!-Mod Overview-This mod makes you be able to Play as an Marine instead of using the NanoSuit.
Crysis 2 Demo
The goal of this mod is to make the player only use his or her skills to survive the Ceph invasion and not by using cheats (aka NanoSuit). I do know that this war is not what normnal humans can win, thats true, but only true Veterans can survive even without the suit.So if you think you are worthy the NanoSuit, then you go into war against the Ceph and win without the suit, because, only an real Veteran can wear the suit and use it to its fullest.I managed to complete the game without using the suit powers on Post-Human Warrior, it then means even you can do it.Since this is the very first release of the mod, i recomend that you follow these rules to get the true feel as an Marine. Follow its rules and have fun!-Why i made this mod-When i beat the game on Post-Human difficulty, i thought the game was far to easy and had no challange at all. When i made an playable marine mod for Crysis 1 for myself as an test, i thought for myself that why not make something for Crysis 2? Well i sure did.Modding Crysis 2 was not the problem that was easly done, but getting the files i needed was the hard part.
Later on the internet, i found this so called.Pak UnPacker program that could extract files from the pak files from Crysis 2.No files from the leaked beta was used to make CryFever. I swear, on my knees that i NEVER would do such thing:) So all files in this mod are from the final retail version.-Installation-Extract the files to Crysis 2gamecrysis2 folder. The game will then use the modified files automaticly.To uninstall, delete the textures, objects and music folders and your game is clean:)The autoexec.cfg has the HideHud=1 command that removes the hud to make the game a bit more cahllanging. It also have a few thigns that increese performace by removing PostMSAA and AA and EdgeAA.
The bloom and HDR has been decresed to 0.3 to prevent over brightness that could cause eyes pain. The improved Bloom and post process in my mod is not included in this beta release until i have optimised it.Place autoexec.cfg inside Crysis2 folder.-Rules when playing this mod-1: Using this mod, you are forbidden to use ANY Nanosuit abilites unless the Nanosuit voice tells you to (like in cutscenes or in the beginning tutorials).2: Sprinting is allowed since Marines can sprint. The Mobility Enhance is also allowed but not recomended. But better stamina is always a good idea to have.3: You are not allowed to Power Jump no mather how high that ledge is. Look around, look if you can find anything to climb on, like crates or something and build your own stairs or ladder.4: Remember to use cover alot, since when you dont have Chuck norris by your side nor have the suit, you are very sensitive to open fire from the enemy. Also, tactics is the key to survival.5: Also, dont try to powerkick cars or very heavy objects like you where Simpson himself. Doors are alright to kick.6: However, if you dont want to follow these rules, then you are free to use the nanoSuit powers and play SuperHuman.
How Long To Beat Crysis 2 Walkthrough
Your Marine will be like Rex using his Nanites for his powers. You are allowed to use the NanoVison, since there are actualy Heat Vision Googles to use.7: Assist your fellow marines. You need them to survive longer. If you are alone, make sure to sure tactics alot.-Known Bugs-I havent tested it, but from what i have heard, is that patch 1.2 disallows mods.
Patch 1.1 works fine and version 1.0 too. I have been checking the mod database off and on ever since Crysis 2 released in hopes that somebody might have started developing a 'CELL vs Marines' Multiplayer Mod. I hate playing Crysis 2 online, I bought the game just to play the single player campaign, but if there was 'CELL vs Marines' mod out there, I would play it online all the time, and I bet it would be extremely popular. Your 'play as a marine' mod could be the start of something much greater. You should think about recruiting some programmers, mappers etc to help you make it a reality.+4 votes.
